Reminder: Breakfast and Lunch are free in the cafeteria every day that school is in session.

Today is the Last day of the 20-21 school year:

**************************************************Incoming freshmen taking summer school extended learning classes can pick up their computer June 1 from 9am to 2pm in the Lower Library- Use door #5. Teachers will be contacting summer school students on June 1 regarding their classes.


 

Students-please be sure you have your check-out sheets with you on Thursday. You will need the sheets to take to each hour so your teachers can sign off on them. You will leave the checkout sheets with our 7th-hour teacher. Do not take them home.

   Please bring a water bottle or drinking container to school to use for the water refill stations. The nurses are unable to provide cups to use at the refill stations for the remainder of the year.

SJSD is looking to hire Summer Help for the Maintenance Department. MUST be 16 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Pay is $11.06 an hour.      

 

Students if you have any medication or supplies in the nurses clinic please pick up before Thursday afternoon.

Congratulations to Sophomore Makenzie Garr and our recent Senior Graduates Damion Mujica and Caleb Zweerink. These three athletes will represent Central High School at the State Track Meet on Thursday, May 27 in Jefferson City. Makenzie and Caleb each broke a school record to secure their spot for state. Caleb Zweerink now holds the Javelin record with a throw of 167 feet 3 inches. Makenzie Garr holds both the Discus and Shot Put records. Makenzie’s Discus record is 119 feet 4.25 inches and her Shot Put record is 39 feet 10 inches. If you see Makenzie today please wish her good luck at State.
