September is Attendance Awareness month, and the SJSD has decided to implement a new program to help encourage students to strive to be at school on time, all day, every day.
Monthly throughout the school year we will have a little fun and friendly competition between grade levels or classes.
September: School-Wide Attendance Challenge
Challenge: Best overall grade level attendance (9-12).
Objective: All students in attendance daily for the month of September (on time, all day, every day).
Award: Students in the winning grade level with 90% or higher attendance will receive a free lunch from El Maguey!
